- Those teacher candidates who have not appeared or have failed in the Competency Test, 2024 (First) and (Second) can appear in this examination.
- Those teacher candidates who have filled the application form for Competency Test, 2024 (Second) and deposited the examination fee, but due to some reason they could not appear in the examination, they can appear in this examination. They will not have to pay the examination fee.
